Restaurants

Our four restaurants, each with a unique culinary identity and atmosphere, offer the joy of discovery and unforgettable culinary pleasures, from self-made cheese and pasta to pub food and Michelin-recommended gourmet dishes. Restaurant Fii is located on the second floor of Hotel Sophia. At FII, locally sourced ingredients, exceptionally good flavours, and the joy of gathering come together. The menu features a wide selection of dishes designed for sharing and enjoying together – more flavours and more moments shared. FII’s dedication to excellence has also been recognised with a recommendation in the Michelin Guide over several consecutive years.

Humal BISTRO is located on the first floor of Art Hotel Pallas. Humal BISTRO is a gathering place full of memorable experiences, inspired by the heart of French culinary culture. It brings together friends, acquaintances, and larger groups to enjoy great food, carefully paired drinks, and plenty of laughter and good company.

Restaurant Kampus
Kampus combines 3 kitchens: the Chef’s Corner, KAUSS and Uulits. Each is unique and distinguishes clearly. The Chef’s Corner has an à la carte-style menu with lighter, more substantial and sweet dishes. The Chef’s Corner also offers fresh oysters in their daily menu.

Restaurant Pompei
Pompei opens the door to a world where everything has been made with love. Mozzarella made of the best local milk, hand-made pasta and Limoncello prepared from the highest-quality lemons – this is only a part of the story at Pompei.

Bar Paral·lel is defined by a new-era approach to Spanish cuisine. Rather than pursuing classic tapas or placing dishes into strict categories, Paral·lel offers plates meant to be shared, sampled, and discovered at your own pace. Food is served on small plates, with each dish offering an experience of its own. Honest, thoughtfully crafted, and always just a little unexpected.

 

Conference

The coffee and lunch breaks for the conference guests are organised by the superb kitchen and team of the Michelin-recommended Restaurant Fii. We help you organise a formal banquet or a dinner at the restaurant and ensure in cooperation with our partners that you have a memorable event.
